1/8/13 day 4 of experiment

Today, we get to see some results from the eggs soaked in pH 3 and 4. Both of the eggs are cracking and this supports our hypothesis as the cracks are mainly observed in the lower pH solutions.

Decolourisation can also be seen on the egg in test 2 pH 3.

30/7/13 2nd day of experiment

- There are no major changes in the colour of the eggs but we are expecting to see a slight change in the colour of the eggs by this Friday.

29/7/13 Officially start experiment

What did we do?

- First, we labeled each egg ( another batch of eggs ) ( top egg 2 bottom egg 1 ) ( The pH value on each egg )
- Then, 2 weighed the eggs for test 2 and recorded down the results on the logbook while the other two placed the 1st batch of egg (test 1) into their respective pH solutions ( 2 per bottle )
